Dr Gina Cleo is a globally recognised expert in habit change and wellbeing.
She has a PhD in habit change and is an Assistant Professor at Bond University. She also holds a Bachelor in Health Sciences with a double major in Biomedical & Sport Science & a Masters of Nutrition and Dietetics. Gina’s dedication to wellbeing extends beyond nutrition; rather she has devoted her career to helping people understand their habits and the significant impact that small, consistent actions have on long-term health and wellbeing.
Her research has been published in highly reputable medical journals globally, and she has been featured in over 250 media outlets including Australian’s major television networks and leading print and online publications.
In January 2024, Gina released her best-selling book, The Habit Revolution.
