Casey Beros
JOURNALIST, AUTHOR, TV PRESENTER, KEYNOTE SPEAKER + MC
Casey has spent two decades translating complex information into content people read, watch and share. She works with Australia’s leading broadcasters, publishers and digital platforms to close the gap between knowledge and action.
Hosting health programs for the ABC and Channel 10, writing for the country’s biggest platforms, and interviewing world-leading scientists, elite athletes and high performers, she has built a career out of turning complexity into clarity for audiences. An award-winning journalist and producer, she is frequently engaged as a trusted conduit between clinician and consumer, bringing brands the same credibility and curiosity she brings to everything she touches.
Currently completing a Master of Public Health on her way to a PhD, she has published two books with her third out in 2026: her bestselling debut The ‘Bad’ Girl’s Guide to Better (2021), instant Amazon #1 bestseller Next of Kin (2025) and upcoming More (November 2026). Currently on screen as Channel 10’s wellbeing expert for Well Traveller, Casey is the rare talent who can front the campaign, produce and host the content and hold the room – all with the same warmth, wit and expertise.
Casey is available for presenting, event hosting, retreat facilitation, brand partnerships and content creation.
